Senior Pastor:  Don Rackley (Email)

Pastor Don has been serving Christ as the Senior Pastor of Evangel Presbyterian Church since 1993.  He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible Theology from Garland College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Illinois State University, and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from Moody Bible Institute.  Pastor Don and his wife, Jackie, have four children and nine grandchildren.

Associate Pastor:  Tim Rackley (Email)

Pastor Tim was born and raised in central Illinois.  Pastor Tim attended Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Bible Theology in 1992.  He then moved to St. Louis, Missouri and earned a Master of Divinity degree in 1996 from Covenant Theological Seminary.  Pastor Tim and his wife Jenny have four children:  Taylor, Rebecca, James, and Kate.
