Let us not become weary in doing good,
for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people,
especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

Galatians 6:9-10

I sought the Lord, and he answered me
and delivered me from all my fears.
Those who look to him are radiant,
and their faces shall never be ashamed.

God is not unjust so as to overlook your work and the love that you have shown for his name in serving the saints, as you still do.

Romans 15:7

morning sermon, Rev. Tim Rackley, June 25, 2023
Father, in creation, we see Your power, wisdom, and love.
Even though creation is fallen because of sin, it is still good.
The sun and moon still rise every day;
the crops still grow and provide food for man and beast.
In this we see Your grace and goodness to us.
When we turn our attention to Your word,
we are reminded of the richness of Your forgiveness in Christ.
Our forgiveness is full and free.
In Your mercy expressed toward us,
we find You to be sweet to the taste.
In kindness, You call us to seek Your face,
to know You intimately.
Never will You fail to reveal Yourself
to those who humbly seek You.
Yet for some of us, there are clouds that block our view of You.
We ask that You might remove these clouds.
Reward our desperate search for You.
Remind us of Your mercies past.
Strengthen us for the future. Embrace us in the present.
