Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD;
let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Psalm 95:1
•God’s grace makes all of us spiritual
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
I John 1:9
You shall fear the LORD your God; you shall serve Him and cling to Him, and you shall swear by His name. He is your praise and He is your God, who has done these great and awesome things for you which your eyes have seen.
Deuteronomy 10:20-21
Amazing grace how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now I’m found
Was blind but now I see
No matter how you think about yourself, the lies you tell to yourself, God has made you spiritual. He has made you a saint, not because of anything you have or have not done, but because of what Jesus did for you, what has been applied to you through the work of the Holy Spirit. God defines you, not your imagination. May we treat each other as saints, chosen by God, belonging to Christ, in-dwelt with the Holy Spirit! We are all, each one of us, royal people. We are people of God’s Kingdom. Don’t let anyone take that away from you.

•God’s grace uses us to build up the church
As we go about using God’s gifts, ministering in His name, seeing Him effect change through us, we see the Spirit at work. The Spirit is made manifest. He is presented in us for the world to see. Paul’s teaching should encourage us to be humble. The gifts we receive, the service we do, and the work we produce are all empowered by God. If not, they’re going to fall flat. They’re empowered by God, and He uses all of us in His service. The result is caused by God Himself. It’s about Him working, not us. We are not on our own. It’s not up to us. His power is effective. It produces results. We should also take courage that God uses our small acts of service. . . . The whole church is built up through the Spirit working in each of us.

•God’s grace gives the church gifts
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: “Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment in accordance with the measure of faith God has given you. Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given us.”
Romans 12:3-6a
But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills.
1 Corinthians 12:11
